A federal judge ordered the Pittsylvania, Va., County Board of Supervisors to stop saying a Christian prayer before its official meetings until a final ruling on a lawsuit can be made. The ruling comes from a lawsuit initiated by the ACLU of Virginia on behalf of an unnamed Pittsylvania County woman who felt disenfranchised while attending county meetings.
